Pasta is king. Pasta changes everything about eating raw food. Salad, Salad, Salad is a thing of the past. I won’t be talking much about the curlicues you can make when the blades are down, it’s cute~ a nice fast garnish on a platter when you are feeding a crowd. Looks nice. Orange carrot curlicues brightening up a plate of beets…but I am not one for spearing a piece of food and having it be 3 feet long! Not when I can be eating pasta with one of several Italian style sauces, or Asian Pad Thai or Gado Gado.
