there are lots of good books on sprouting but I think this one is the best. Why? All you need to know is under one cover, very complete information, and done with humor. This book has been in the bibliography of The Raw Gourmet since I wrote it…I have probably recommended it 1000 times; just decided duh, why don’t I carry it?
